Ron Harland II is a co-founder of Evolv Solutions. Believing the ongoing development of technology, sustains the breeding ground for creative thought particularly with business solutions. He recognized the combined depth of knowledge and experience of the firm's partners in both business and Information Technology services offered them a unique ability to develop key relationships and produce strategic solutions for clients.  Ron draws on part of his experience while working at Xerox Corporation in sales and account management. Ron also received his BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and his work in this field includes projects involving:

Eric Harland is Vice President of Information Technology and Marketing Strategies at Evolv Solutions.  He is a technical expert in developing and designing enterprise level solutions in a variety of market segments.  Eric has been instrumental in directing, developing, and implementing both custom made and pre-packaged solutions for companies such as Industrial & Financial Solutions (IFS), Stein Roe Mutual Funds, Funai Corporation, Gehl Industries and Waterhouse Securities. Eric is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Finance & Accounting and received an MBA from Baker University.

Damon Washington is the Controller for Evolv Solutions and Evolv Financial Services and brings extensive knowledge from his experiences while working with mid-size to large companies. Damon also gained much of his accounting/finance knowledge while working with Grant Thornton, LLP, one of the top accounting firms worldwide. Damon is a graduate from Central Methodist University with a BS in accounting.
